Orders are placed via our website and are subject to acceptance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Measurements are accurate
Quantities are sufficient
Once an order is placed and processed, changes may not be possible.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Our artificial grass products are supplied in rolls and prepared based on customer order requirements.
Where products are cut or prepared to specific measurements, they are considered made-to-order.

8. Product Appearance & Samples
Samples are provided as a guide only.
Due to manufacturing processes and batch variation:
Colour tone
Texture
Pile direction
may vary slightly between orders.
Artificial grass is supplied tightly packed and may require a short period after installation to settle and fully recover its appearance.

9. Maintenance
Artificial grass is low maintenance; however, regular care is strongly advised to maintain its appearance and longevity.
This may include:
Brushing fibres
Removing debris
Occasional cleaning

10. Installation
We supply products only and do not provide installation services.
We are not responsible for installation outcomes. Incorrect installation may affect the appearance, performance, and lifespan of the product.

11. Delivery
All deliveries are:
Kerbside only
Completed via third-party couriers
Customers must ensure:
Suitable access for delivery
Someone is available to receive the goods
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.

12. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers once payment has been received in full.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect goods upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues.

13. Damages & Issues

Our artificial grass products are supplied with a manufacturer-backed 7-year UV stability guarantee, which covers resistance to excessive fading under normal use.
This guarantee applies to the product only and is subject to:

General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, external factors, or third parties
Artificial Grass Online acts as a supplier of the product and does not provide any additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
